TC CHEER EARNS STATE RUNNER-UP FINISH, EYES TIME OUT CHAMPIONSHIP NEXT. The Triton Central High School cheer program continues its climb toward the top of Indiana’s competitive cheer scene. On Saturday, the Tigers delivered a standout performance at the Hoosier Cheer Coaches Association Spirit State Championships at Greenfield-Central High School, finishing as the State 2A Game Day Runner-Up. This year’s runner-up placement marks an improvement from last season’s third-place finish, reflecting the team's growth, dedication, and rising presence in statewide competition. With momentum building, Triton Central now shifts its focus to the next stage of postseason competition. The Tigers will travel to New Castle High School next Saturday to compete in the State Time Out Championships, where they look to bring home top honors.
